Similar to low turn.
Do backward swing, on way up rotate hips 90°, turn left hand upside down and swing poi over shoulder behind back. Right hand at same time turns upside down, swinging poi over shoulder behind back.
Both poi swing behind back whilst hands flop over shoulders. When poi swing behind back on the way up rotate hips 90°, pass right hand in front of you swingng poi in front of body.
You should now be facing opposite direction and poi be swinging forward.
You can now change direction by using the low turn.
