Good for changing direction from forward to backward swinging.
Start by forward swinging. Rotate hips 90° on downwards swing, turn left hand upside down and pass the poi accross hip to behind back.
Right hand turns upside down on down swing and swings poi behind the back. As you turn both poi should swing behind your back. When poi swing behind back rotate hips 90° again, pass right hand in front of hip swinging poi in front of body.
Poi will now be swinging in reverse and you will be facing opposite way.
If you want to change direction pass both poi in front of body as you bring hips to original position.
